On Easter Sunday, we return to the gorgeous SET Social to bring you a ⚔️ SOUTH EAST LONDON BATTLE OF THE BAKES!!! ⚔️
Inspired by the iconic GBBO, we have invited a host of our favourite local bakers to come down and sell their oh so tasty goods, sweet & savoury! ???? For one day only, Peckham Road’s TOAD Bakery, Herne Hill’s Umana Yana, Old Kent Road’s El Marsem, Camberwell’s Irene and honorary SE bae Moon’s Kult Kitchen (for our GF/vegan hunnies!) will be gathering on Rye Lane to celebrate the start of an altogether superior season. ????
There will also be a pitch for any keen HOMEBAKERS out there who would like to get involved! Everyone welcome ~ drop us a DM ❣️
We will be baking off then SHAKING OFF those buttery carbs to selections from absolute dreamboats @haseebiqbal_ @vandorta_ & @sleepier ???? all day long, midday – 6pm.
Expect other Easter/GBBO silliness in the form of a golden yolk easter egg hunt, a BYOBanana bread technical challenge judged by none other than Paul Trollywood himself (aka legend @jodiemitchetc), and more bunting than you can shake a fresh ciabatta at. ????
