More and more studios are using stop-motion and analogue techniques to create visually rich\, tactile animation\, and this workshop is an opportunity to experiment with those processes for yourself. \n\n\n\nEveryone will leave with their own short piece of moving image. \n\n\n\nNo previous animation or drawing skills are necessary; all are welcome. The World as a Parent invites participants into a two-hour session exploring our relationship with the world — politically\, existentially\, emotionally — through open conversation and clay-making. Tracing how humans have historically related to the world this way\, through burial practices\, scripture\, architecture\, and medicine\, the workshop opens up space to reflect on our own embodied sense of belonging to a wider world. \n\n\n\nLed by Yotam Rozin\, artist\, animator\, and writer\, the workshop draws on research for his forthcoming book of the same name.  \n\n\n\nNo experience is needed\, just a willingness to get your hands in the clay and join the conversation.  \n\n\n\nAll materials are provided.
