The space houses artists’ workspace spread over 8,000 sq ft of former offices. Lots of natural light and a goods lift is available. Spaces are priced at £1.45 per sq ft per month, utilities and rates included. We have the centre for 15 months guaranteed with a month rolling agreement thereafter. Studios range between 150 sq ft self contained rooms, and large 2000 sq ft studios with adjoining offices.
