Analogue and Print Animation Workshop – Winter Solstice Edition

Try your hand at using a pastel printing technique to create some winter-themed animations.
Led by Miranda Peyton Jones, this is part of an ongoing series exploring analogue and print animation. Each month, learn, experiment, and have fun with different hands-on animation techniques. This is a space to try out new ideas and meet fellow experimenters. Expect to come away with a piece of moving image and your printed materials.
No previous animation or drawing skills are necessary; all are welcome. Materials are provided, but feel free to bring your own charcoal/chalk pastels and paper.
Please note: You’ll need a smartphone with the free app ‘Stop Motion Studio‘ downloaded before you come.
