Anti-ICE Benefit Night at SET Social
19 March @ 19:30 – 23:00
Join us for a night of music, art and collective action in solidarity with communities resisting immigration detention and state violence.
This benefit brings together indie and punk music, art stalls, a clothing swap and a raffle, with prizes including cinema tickets, a pottery class, original artworks, local restaurant vouchers and more. Bring extra clothes to swap, meet new people and help raise funds for grassroots mutual aid efforts.
All proceeds from the night will support Indigenous land defenders and families directly impacted by ICE detention.
Where the funds will go
Proceeds will support two grassroots initiatives in the United States.
Mni Owe Sni Prayer Camp
Part of the proceeds will support Mni Owe Sni Prayer Camp, established in 2026 outside the Whipple ICE detention centre. The camp is a sacred space led by Indigenous elders and activists reclaiming land where more than 1,600 Lakota prisoners were once held in the 1800s.
Through ceremony, community care and peaceful presence, the camp supports Indigenous people and others affected by detention and displacement. Donations help sustain the camp and the community organising taking place there.
DonateBail funds for families impacted by ICE
Funds will also support bail funds organised by Minnesota ICE Watch (MNIW), a grassroots abolitionist collective based in Mnisóta Makhóčhe. Their work supports individuals and families affected by ICE detention and deportation through community organising, legal solidarity and mutual aid.
