Barre at the Bar: Ballet Workshop
8 April @ 17:00 – 18:00
Ever wanted to try ballet but didn’t know where to start?
Join Ballet in the Park at SET Social for this relaxed and welcoming ballet workshop open to all ages and abilities. Whether you’re completely new to ballet or returning after some time away, this session invites participants to explore movement, creativity and expression through dance.
Facilitators from Ballet in the Park will guide participants through a series of accessible ballet barre exercises, followed by the chance to learn a short routine. The workshop is designed to be supportive and encouraging, making it a great place to try ballet for the first time or reconnect with the practice.
Ballet shoes and formal ballet attire are not required. Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
Come along to move, share the joy of dancing in community, and maybe discover something new about yourself along the way.
