Growing Sideways Projects Presents a FLINTA* Short Film Night
24 January @ 19:00 – 22:00
Growing Sideways Projects is back, with a night of short films, shared stories, and community at SET Social.
This event showcases the work of emerging FLINTA* (Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, and Agender people) filmmakers, bringing together film, conversation, and celebration in a welcoming, FLINTA*-centred space.
The evening features a curated programme of short films exploring themes of identity, love, memory, belonging, and queer experience. Screenings will be accompanied by filmmaker talks, offering insight into the work and the creative processes behind it.
Everyone is welcome to join in celebrating FLINTA* filmmakers. The event prioritises space for FLINTA* community members, and all attendees are asked to help maintain a respectful and FLINTA*-centred environment.
After the screenings, the night continues with DJs and a late bar, creating space to hang out, talk films, and connect.
