Life Drawing is in Fashion with Peckham Life Drawing

Peckham Life Drawing invites participants to explore creative approaches to life drawing that go beyond traditional techniques. Each session centres the model not only as a subject to be drawn, but as a collaborator, bringing their own experience as artists and performers into the space.
Rather than focusing solely on still poses, each session experiments with process and structure. Past sessions have explored drawing imagined fashion alongside the model, working with mirrored poses to think about embodiment, and celebrating bodies in their varied forms. The focus is on curiosity, responsiveness, and drawing as a shared, creative act.
Materials are provided and sessions are open to all abilities. Drawing tips are available for anyone who wants them, and participants are always welcome to bring their own materials. Please note that sessions often include nudity, and are therefore open to participants aged 18+ only.
There will be a short break during the session, with drinks available at the bar.

These sessions are hosted by Peckham Life Drawing, a project that curates inclusive life drawing events designed to bring people together through creative collaboration.
The sessions are facilitated by Peckham-based artist Lucie Russell (MA RCA), whose practice explores collective making and experimental approaches to drawing.
