Lino Printing Workshop
17 January @ 14:00 – 17:00
Ever wanted to try lino printmaking but weren’t sure where to start?
This relaxed, hands-on workshop is an introduction to lino cut printmaking, designed for beginners and anyone curious about working with print. Over three hours, participants will be guided through the full process, from developing a simple design to carving, inking, and printing their own lino artwork.
The session combines demonstrations with supported making time, allowing space to experiment and work at your own pace. By the end of the workshop, everyone will leave with a set of their own printed works and their carved lino block to continue printing at home. There is also an second optional ticket for those who would like to take home a complete lino cutting set.
The workshop takes place in a supportive, low-pressure environment and is open to anyone aged 14+. No prior experience is needed. All tools, inks, and paper are provided. Participants are encouraged to wear clothes they don’t mind getting messy and to bring sketches or ideas if they wish.
