London Fashion Week Clothes Swap

21 February @ 15:00 18:30

During London Fashion Week, we’re taking a stand against fast fashion. Join Hate Zine and Fossil Free London at SET Social for an unofficial clothes swap celebrating sustainable fashion, creativity and anti-consumerism.

Free and open to all, this event offers a space to rethink how we wear, share and value clothing while having fun and connecting with like-minded people interested in sustainability and collective action.

Alongside the swap, visitors can browse activist T-shirts for sale, take part in cute craft activities, and discover ways to reduce waste and get involved in climate and social justice campaigns.

Tell the Story of Your Clothes

Every item has a story. Participants are invited to share the story behind a piece of clothing, either by writing it down to be read aloud or by stepping up to the mic. Whether meaningful, funny or unexpected, these stories highlight the personal connections that make clothing more than just commodities.

How the swap works

  • Bring five or more items and leave with up to five items
  • No items to swap? You are still welcome to attend
  • Tokens are given based on how many items you donate
  • Tokens can then be exchanged for clothing during the swap

Clothing guidelines

  • Clean, good-quality adult clothing only
  • No shoes
  • No underwear or damaged items

Please try to arrive early if you are donating clothing so organisers can prepare the space. Any leftover items will be donated to charity after the event.

Please bring your own bag.
