Movement and dance class

Movement at SET is an open space for dancing, stretching and exploring how your body moves. Sessions shift between guided workshops and more open movement time.
You don’t need any dance experience to come along. Each session is different, sometimes structured, sometimes more fluid. It’s a space to move, breathe and connect with others at your own pace.
Event details
When: Every second and fourth Sunday of the month, 2-3.30pm. You can arrive a little early to settle in.
Ticketing/registration: Entry is £5-7 on the door.
