23 May @ 16:00 – 20:00

The Spring Fête of Solidarity is a celebration of the return of the sun through the lens of mutual aid.
Join us for a vibrant afternoon featuring speed dating, creative workshops, and groove-driven music. Throughout the day, you can also explore our community market, fortune telling, face-painting, and fresh pastries.
All funds raised go to Giuseppe Conlon House, an emergency shelter in North London providing a lifeline for unhoused asylum seekers with no recourse to public funds.
Programme
- 4-5pm | Speed Dating
Open to everyone looking for romantic sparks or new platonic connections. To help us find your best fits, we ask that all participants fill out our matching form beforehand. On the day, we’ll facilitate the rounds with fun icebreakers and timed rotations to skip the small talk and get straight to the good stuff.
Note: Please fill out the Google Form before 8 May so we can match you appropriately. - 5-6pm | Seed Bomb Workshop
Learn to create your own seed bombs using native wildflowers to green your garden or neighbourhood. - 6-7pm | Spring Scrapbooking Workshop
A hands-on session using various materials to craft your own mini-zines for the season. - 5-8pm | Music & DJs
Soulful, percussive sets rooted in 70s and 80s disco and Afro-funk from DJs Ami and Mojda.
Mojda is a London-based DJ with an affinity for high-energy, bass-heavy and dance-inducing sounds from around the world.
