SET Tabernacle Street & SET Titchfield House are 2 new SET centres housing artists’ workspace spread over 10,000 sq ft and short walk from Old Street station! 

Spaces are priced at £1.45 per sq ft per month, utilities and rates included. We have both centres for 15 months guaranteed with a month rolling agreement thereafter. Studios range between 150 sq ft self contained rooms, and large 2000 sq ft studios with adjoining offices.
