SET is looking for a new Property Partnerships and Acquisitions Manager!

SET is looking to expand our temporary use of vacant properties to further centres around London, as well as find permanent spaces for our projects, venues, social space and studios. Our aim is to reclaim London, creating social and economic justice within the arts & beyond. We want to create a sustainable future for our communities to flourish.

We are looking for an experienced and affable new member of the team, to network build within the property sector & local government. We are looking to present positive use cases to prove the vital work we do, pitching our occupation of vacant space and building strong working relationships. Desired experience within the property sector & local government as well as sales.

Salary: £40k per annum pro rata, bonuses on leases signed.
Hours: part time or full time negotiable
