Is it “度节” (holiday vibes) or “渡劫” (surviving the chaos)? Who knows, but either way—tickets for the Lightning Womxn Open Mic are officially up for grabs!
As Chinese feminist queers, the festive season is a mixed bag. A bit adventurous, a touch suffocating, sometimes joyful, and let’s not forget—stressful!
The year’s almost done, and we bet you’ve got stories that deserve to be heard. Let’s toss them into the mix, whether it’s for the laughs, the vents, or just to make some noise. Let’s throw a Chinese feminist open mic party and turn this season into one big playful celebration of all things chaotic and awesome.
Please note, this event will be conducted in Mandarin without subtitles.
