Outer Circle Voice Circle – women and non-binary vocal workshop

Want to explore your voice in a supportive, non-judgemental space?
Outer Circle is an experimental vocal group for women and non-binary people, offering a monthly space to explore voice, breath, and sound together. This is not a choir. There are no auditions, no expectations, and no prior experience required.
Each session brings together vocal warm-ups, group singing, improvisation, meditation, and playful exercises. The focus is on connection rather than performance, inviting participants to tune into their own voice and the voices of those around them.
Outer Circle welcomes women and non-binary people from all backgrounds and levels of musical experience. Sessions are designed to be supportive, inclusive, and open-ended, creating space for curiosity, expression, and collective listening.
No musical experience is necessary, and no materials are needed.

Facilitator information:
The session is led by Rosa Theodora, a South London–based musician, composer, facilitator, and DJ working across experimental, jazz, and psych sounds. Rosa plays keyboard and synth with Orchestra New (women and non-binary improviser’s orchestra), Existential Dress (UKG-marimba-punk duo), and Noon Garden (psych pop). Her recent projects include improvised Piano Meditations on YouTube, Interferences with Teo Danneman, and Fly Away for Tour de Moon’s Moon Music EP 5, which was transmitted to the moon and back. Rosa is also an experienced facilitator, running monthly vocal sessions at SET Social and working with charities such as Spark the Noise and Raw Material.
