Palimpsest Bodies: Movement and Drawing Workshop

This workshop explores the intersection of performance and drawing practices, providing practitioners and visual creatives with an opportunity to explore their somatic dialogue through the methodology of the palimpsest.

Participants will be invited to excavate their body memory—movements and postures anchored in our bodies through physiological experiences or practices that lead to adaptation.

This process allows us to connect with our senses and initiate the palimpsest conversation, which we transcribe and reproduce through various techniques such as marking, body mapping, collage, and drawing.
