Ponies Carboot

Ponies is an indoor carboot featuring stall holders selling a wide range of items, from jewellery, zines, and artist editions to ceramics and second-hand clothes.
The event is open to everyone. Please note, however, that Ponies cannot be responsible for sellers’ work that may not be suitable for children.
Ponies Carboot is being held to raise funds to print an independent photography book. The book will not be sold for profit – any surplus income from sales will go towards production costs and paying our book designer.

Attendees do not need a ticket to attend. Donations will be collected upon entry, but these are entirely optional.
Artist details:
Originally from Sydney, Kate Kidney-Bishop (@sashasadies) is a London based artist and fashion consultant. Kate began exploring gender identity in sport and sportswear with her BA dissertation on singles female figure skating, aiming to find ways to make space for the full gender spectrum in competitive sports. Her first book, co-created with Celia Croft, studied gender identity and gender role-bending tendencies in female bodybuilding. Ponies continues this conversation in its next chapter.
