SET Stage Gallery returns in collaboration with SIDEFXAUDIO to present a multimedia exhibition exploring the themes of “Camouflage and Beauty”.

SIDEFXAUDIO is an experimental multimedia event series born in South London, typically operating within the realms of music and performance. “Camouflage and Beauty” brings together artists from across the country at SET Social for an intimate evening of poetry, performance, film and visual art.

Hanging on the walls of the stage itself will be painted works by Jessie Buers, alongside previously unpublished works in progress by Devin Birse. A collaborative film by Thito Lebello Lesole and Wilf Merson will be projected onto the adjacent wall, exploring humanity’s place and condition within a truly wild Earth.

The poetry and performances will move from the stage to the pool hall below, creating space for everyone to see and hear with ease.

About SET Stage Gallery

Launched in 2023, SET Stage Gallery is a volunteer-led, non-profit contemporary art space based at SET Social. The gallery prioritises artists with limited access to exhibition opportunities and supports a programme of monthly workshops, talks, screenings, reading groups, and exhibitions. All proceeds go directly to participating artists, supporting accessibility and sustainability within the space.
