This event will slice through the spin and bollocks to get to the heart of housing. If we are to build 1.5 million new homes, what will make them good? What will make them affordable? Who will design them and what will stop crappy landlords gobbling them up so more hapless tenants must pay off more mortgages for more of the already rich? And how will all of this happen without wrecking the planet?
