Alongside affordable studios for artists, SET Wimbledon is also welcoming charities and larger community or arts organisations to view our ‘Bank Space’. A former bank, this incredible new space sits alongside the main site with a separate and exclusive entry point.
This 6,000 sq ft has been set aside for organisations who can contribute a little more, helping to keep studios accessible for those who need them most, while building a diverse, collaborative community across the wider site.
The Bank Space
The Bank Space at SET Wimbledon offer charities and community-focused organisations a rare opportunity to establish themselves in a vibrant cultural hub atSt Georges House East, 1 St George’s Road, SW19, opposite Wimbledon Station.
Spanning three floors, the space is available as an entire unit or separate floors, with basement spaces available.
These studios provide a welcoming, professional environment for teams, clients and community participants alike. Whether you need dedicated office space, flexible workshops, rehearsal rooms, or a combination of all three, the Bank Spaces are designed to support organisations that serve Wimbledon and its neighbouring communities.
Studio sizes, prices and what’s included
As a member of the London Affordable Artist Studio Network (LAASN), SET has always put inclusivity and accessibility at its core. SET Wimbledon offers some of the most affordable studios in Central London, priced at £1.45-£2.00 per sqft PCM, all-inclusive with no hidden fees. This covers utilities, 24/7 access, refuse, membership, management, cleaning and access to shared facilities as they are fitted out.
